Introduction: Chamber Filter Plate (also known as Chamber Filter Plate) is the core filtering element of a filter press. Each filter plate is equipped with concave grooves on both sides; when two filter plates are clamped together, the grooves form a closed filter chamber, which is used to hold filter cakes and complete solid-liquid separation.




Integrated Design: Only one type of filter plate is required, no independent frame, with a simpler structure and higher rigidity, and its high-pressure resistance is significantly better than that of frame-and-plate filter plates.
Reliable Sealing: Fewer sealing surfaces, low leakage risk; the gasketed type can achieve nearly zero leakage, suitable for toxic and corrosive materials.
Drier Filter Cakes: More sufficient dehydration under high-pressure conditions, lower moisture content of filter cakes, reducing transportation and disposal costs.
Higher Efficiency: Stable filter chamber volume, high feed pressure, shorter filtration cycle, and larger single-machine processing capacity.

Working Principle: The main body of the filter plate is made of wear-resistant and pressure-resistant materials such as polypropylene (PP) and reinforced polypropylene, with a feed hole in the center and a sealing surface at the edge. It is divided into two types: with gasket (CGR) and without gasket (NG). The gasketed type has better sealing performance, while the non-gasketed type allows faster filter cloth replacement.Slurry is injected into the filter chamber through the central feed hole → liquid passes through the filter cloth and is discharged from the liquid outlet channel of the filter plate → solids are retained in the filter chamber to form filter cakes → the filter plates are opened, and the filter cakes fall off automatically.
Filter Cake Thickness: Fixed by the depth of the recessed cavity of the filter plate, ensuring the uniformity of the filter cake.
