Product Introduction: Features dual high-strength hooks, reinforced transmission system and high-power frequency conversion motor. Equipped with intelligent tension control and automatic wire take-up device. The dual-hook alternating operation realizes continuous drawing, and the enhanced cooling system ensures stable processing of high-temperature wires.
Working Principle: The two hooks operate alternately: when one hook pulls the wire through the die for drawing, the other hook resets to prepare for the next drawing. The intelligent tension system adjusts the tension in real time to avoid wire breakage. The metal wire is continuously drawn and reduced in diameter through the alternating movement of the double hooks, and finally wound into rolls by the automatic take-up device.
