The new type of tire chunking machine refers to a tire chunking device that breaks tires smaller than 1200mm into 7-8cm rubber blocks.
Tyre Diameter:750-1200mm
Power:11kW
Capacity:20-40pcs/h
The tire automatic block-making machine is a core equipment for the resource-based treatment of waste tires. It is mainly used to quickly and efficiently decompose waste tires into rubber blocks of certain sizes, laying the foundation for subsequent recycling. Relying on automation technology, this equipment integrates the processes of tire feeding, cutting, and block-making, significantly enhancing the treatment efficiency of waste tires and reducing manual operation intensity and costs.
During the operation, the tire automatic block-making machine uses high-speed rotating cutters to perform powerful cutting on tires through a precise mechanical transmission system. The cutters are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, enabling them to adapt to tires of different specifications and materials. Whether they are car tires, truck tires, or giant tires of engineering vehicles, they can all be quickly decomposed into uniform blocks. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system that can automatically adjust the cutting force and speed according to parameters such as tire size and thickness, ensuring a stable and efficient cutting process, reducing cutter wear, and extending the service life of the equipment.
Compared with traditional tire treatment methods, the tire automatic block-making machine has significant advantages. On the one hand, it greatly improves the treatment efficiency and output of waste tires, and a single device can process a large number of waste tires per day. On the other hand, automated operation reduces human involvement, lowers safety risks, and ensures the uniformity of rubber block sizes, facilitating subsequent deep processing into products such as recycled rubber and rubber granules. These products are widely used in rubber product manufacturing, road paving, sports field construction, and other fields, contributing to the circular utilization of waste tires and promoting the development of the environmental protection industry.
Equipped with a hydraulic sleeve, the waste tire is automatically lifted and lowered on the sleeve, with one click operation to complete the bite.
A "safety channel" has been installed, allowing the long strips from the cutting machine to enter the blocking machine directly through the "safety channel".
The whole tire is directly lifted by the sleeve, and the hydraulic rod is pressed down, saving labor.
The tire blocker is a combination of three machines: a ring cutting machine, a strip cutting machine, and a block cutting machine.
The discarded tires are placed on a sleeve and controlled to rise and fall through a hydraulic rod. After being cut by a cutting machine, the tires are then cut into rubber strips with a width of less than 10cm. The rubber strips are transported to the cutting machine through a safety channel, cut into small rubber blocks of 7-8cm, and finally discharged through the discharge port.

The automatic tire chunking machine is a specialized equipment in the waste tire recycling field, primarily used for preliminarily crushing waste tires into regular rubber blocks. Through the shearing action of high-speed rotating cutters and fixed tool holders, the machine cuts the tire tread, sidewall, and other parts into rubber blocks of 5-10 cm, providing raw material pre-processing for subsequent fine grinding, rubber powder production, or recycled rubber processing. The equipment significantly improves the crushing efficiency of waste tires, reduces manual operation costs, and serves as a key link in constructing the waste tire resource utilization industry chain, contributing to the circular use of rubber resources and environmental protection.
