Product Advantage
This machine mainly consists of a frame, a reducer, a rotating mechanism roller, and an adjustment mechanism.
The reducer drives the two rollers through gears, causing them to operate at a strong and slow relative speed. Due to the relatively different linear speeds of the two rollers, the mouth ring is strongly compressed by the rollers between the two rollers while generating a rolling effect, thereby causing the fine steel wire in the mouth ring to break and the rubber to crack, effectively achieving the separation of the coarse steel wire, the fine steel wire, and the rubber.
