The double roller fine rubber milling machine is a device that further crushes and grinds the coarsely crushed tire rubber blocks. It has the function of fine crushing and separation of steel wire and rubber. The output particles can reach 10-30 mesh at one time. After screening, transportation and magnetic separation, it can reach about 99% pure rubber particles and rubber powder.
Feed Size:18-24mesh
Output Size:40-80mesh
Capacity:300-2000kg/h
The double roller fine rubber milling machine is mainly composed of a machine base (casting/welding), a frame, rollers (one groove and one roller), transmission gears, a lubrication device, a heating and cooling device, a roller spacing adjustment device, a safety brake device, a motor, a reducer and other components.
When working, the material enters the rubber crusher through the feed port, and the front and rear rollers are driven by the motor and the reducer. At a certain speed ratio, they rotate in opposite directions to work and crush the material into rubber particles or rubber powder of a certain mesh size.
Both rollers are grooved, saving energy and improving work efficiency.
The rollers are made of highly wear-resistant materials and have a long service life. After long-term use, the double rollers only need to be welded and polished for repair, without replacement.
The bearings are made of wear-resistant materials and are not easy to damage.
The roller speed ratio is 1:2.5, with low friction.
The integral base or split base is used for easy installation.
