First, the light and thin materials are put into the shredder to be shredded into strips of about 80mm, and then enter the metal crusher. The function of the metal crusher is to remove paint, oil and other debris on the metal surface, and to ball the light and thin materials into balls to increase the density per cubic meter. After the metal crusher, the metal crushed materials with a purity of more than 98% are obtained through magnetic separation. The tailings contain plastics, precious metals, aluminum, copper and other substances. The tailings enter the eddy current separator to separate metals from non-metals, and then the remaining materials enter the vertical crusher. The vertical crusher breaks the materials into uniform particles, and then enters the specific gravity separator to separate copper and aluminum, and aluminum and copper with a purity of more than 90% can be obtained respectively.
