The tire sidewall cut off needs to be processed by Bead wire separating machine to separate the steel wires, and subsequent processes to cut into strips and blocks.
Waste Tyre Sidewalls Cutting Machine
It is a device that cuts and separates the sidewalls and crowns of waste tires. It is the first process for dismantling and crushing waste tires.
Waste Tyre Strips Cutting Machine
It is the second equipment in the tire crusher production line. It is used to cut the tires after cutting into strips with a width of about 30-40mm. It is a must-have equipment for dismantling waste tires.
Tyre Blocks Cutting Machine
It is the third equipment in the tire crusher production line. It cuts the tires cut into strips into small pieces of 3-5cm, so that it is easy to crush by the crusher.

The separated rubber particles are transported to the plastic crusher through the screw conveyor to be crushed into 3-5mm rubber particles. The rubber particles are separated into fibers and rubber particles by the fiber separator. The separated rubber particles are screened by the linear vibrating screen (3mm screen, return material for those over 3mm). This cycle is repeated to obtain rubber particles less than 3mm.

The tire grinding production line refers to a production line that grinds various waste tires into rubber powder with a specification of 5-80 mesh.

The waste rubber mixed with steel wire, such as various wheel tires, is extracted with a wire drawing machine to extract the steel wire, and then sent to a special tire shredder by a chain plate machine. The machine is a combination of a double-axis shredder and an annular drum screen. Crushing and screening are carried out simultaneously. The processed materials are then sent to the steel wire separator in turn. The separated materials are then selected by a magnetic separator to remove the steel wire, and then transported to the pulverizer by a screw conveyor for crushing. After the crushed materials are screened by a linear vibrating screen, the qualified materials are screened by the linear vibrating screen and sent to the grinder to obtain qualified rubber powder with a certain mesh number.
