Case Details

A large amount of wood waste (such as sawdust, wood chips, branches and wood scraps) is generated from wood processing, forestry felling, landscaping pruning and orchard maintenance. These wastes are loose in texture, large in volume, difficult to store and transport, and most of them are discarded or incinerated, resulting in serious waste of resources and environmental pollution. At the same time, the demand for clean biomass pellets in the market is increasing, and traditional pellet processing equipment has the disadvantages of low forming rate, uneven pellet quality and high energy consumption.

To solve the above pain points, the customer purchased our high-efficiency wood pellet mill. The equipment supports continuous feeding of wood waste with different fineness, high-pressure extrusion forming, closed dust-suppression operation and stable performance, realizing efficient processing of wood waste into high-density biomass pellets. The produced wood pellets have uniform size, high combustion efficiency, clean and pollution-free, and can be widely used in industrial heating, civilian heating, biomass power generation and other fields, building a closed-loop recycling system of "wood waste → pellet processing → energy utilization".
